Two-Day Natural Design Workshop
Demand for high performing, ecology-based landscapes is increasing faster than the availability of the specialized knowledge needed to achieve them. This intensive, interactive, two-day workshop will provide concrete, real world guidance for designing and documenting all phases of native landscape development.
Attendees will receive an extensive manual that documents all aspects of the program, including plant selection criteria, plant recommendations, ecological process-based management specifications, and guidance for maximizing the aesthetic and experiential appeal these landscapes can provide.
See our March-April 2019 Design Workshops brochure for course details (CEUs provided). Summer 2019 Design Workshops will generally be the same as our previous 2019 workshops.

Two-Day Natural Design Field Workshop
Our 2019 winter design workshop covered a wide range of native design topics including specific plant and plant community discussions, as well as documenting planting and management procedures. Our upcoming outdoor field workshop will serve as a tangible follow up where participants will learn about landscapes in action.
No prerequisite courses are required to join the field workshop. Registration will be limited to keep the courses small enough to walk around in a group.
